Designed to save you maximum time and stress, we commit to searching, identifying and securing your ideal property. After an initial no-obligation consultation to listen and determine your property needs and how we can help you achieve them, we can complete a standard Real Estate Institute (REI) agreement appointing and authorising SYDNEY SEARCH to work for you.  

From there we will research and map out all the properties in your desired suburb or area, narrowing them down to the one (or ones) that is appropriate. The search will include properties listed publicly as well as seeking out the silent listings or pre-listings from a network of local agents. Whilst keeping you completely up to date with the process, we will liaise with your lender/financier & solicitor/conveyancer to ensure that everything is ready to move once we identify 'The One'.

We then arrange for you to attend only those inspections that suit your criteria and requirements, often through private viewings, until we have ticked all your boxes.  We undertake a comprehensive sales analysis of recent comparable properties, plus we arrange and attend building and pest inspections and organise strata searches (as required).

Finally we will negotiate or bid on your behalf with the vendor's agent (remember, they are not working for you!) to secure the property at the best possible price and with terms that suit your requirements.
